Inclined bench press with flies super set 4sets =96 reps.
Inclined Dumbbell press 4 sets =48 reps.
Decline chest press 4 sets =32 reps
Declined Dumbbell press 4 sets =32 reps
Flies 4 sets 32 reps
Finally chest machine 4 sets= 60 reps
Side rope 4 sets alternate =80 reps
Total reps 760 taking half hour of cycling and running as 100 reps.

Now this is a big day. How the heck do you have that much energy after all of the sports yesterday? Thanks for the total reps.
First it fell hectic but continuous days of practice now its quite a bit normal..
At first I could hardly do 5 push ups but now strength has increased quite a bit so heres the results. Train everyday train hard make you fat cry with the sweat.
