First Heavy Duty Leg Day since being sick and I was a little stiff at first but it felt great at the end!!
Octane Lateral Elliptical 30 minutes - 100 reps
Barbell Squats 100lbs (3x10) - 30 reps
Barbell Squat Thrusts 70lbs (3x15) - 45 reps
Barbell Deadlifts 140lbs (3x12) - 36 reps
Barbell Lunges 100lbs (3x10 each leg) 60 reps
Terra Core Crossbody Crunches (3x20) 60 reps
Terra Core Flying Crunches (3x15) 45 reps
