Very interesting article @tombot, nice to see another person with an interest in longevity on here too!
I wondered why certain Cocao products were labelled as unsafe by California. BulletProof's cacao tea was one I noticed before.
I've been having Lindt's Intense Mint lately, but after seeing that list I think I might switch to Ghirardelli or maybe an organic brand.
I'll also have a look into the nibs. I used to buy chocolate that had them in it, but they used to get stuck in my teeth haha!
Following you to see what else you uncover.
I use cacao nibs because I'm trying to avoid sugar and the heavy metals. They are bitter but Ive become use to it.
Wise move! :-)
I've just seen a bunch on Amazon, so next time I put an order in there I'll be adding a bag for sure.
Thanks again @tombot!
Check out my post on caffeic acid if you haven't already done so. Ive started putting rosemary, thyme and sage in everything that I eat. Ive noticed the elasticity of my skin has increased. Ive been using the herbs for about a week now and they actually taste good.

I did see that (and part 1 too) after looking at your other posts. :-)
I've got some Thyme growing, so I just need to find some ways to work that into my food when it's ready. (It should probably be ready now I think).
I also noticed spearmint on the list there too; I've started drinking mint tea (I already drink white and green too) so that is probably also doing me some good. Tastes a little weird to start with, but I'm getting used to it now. Seemed like drinking hot toothpaste to begin with haha.
I've never heard of "chokeberry" before though, so will have to look that up and see what it is.
Thanks again @tombot
