Breakfast 0700am 500ml water, 3 each of walnuts brazil nuts pistachio almonds and cashew, an apple an orange a peach and some grapes. A bowl of home made muselie including rolled oats various seeds dried fruits lidles tropical mix. 2 eggs fried in olive oil, cup of coffee
evening meal 6pm Home made coconut chicken curry using own base sauce mix( fresh ginger onions garlic turmeric,sweet potatoes ,tomatoe puree,spices), veg curry using aubergines chickpeas and spinach, basmati rice and popadoms.
