I believe whatever sickness im on now based on my lifestyle and doings before especially when im schooling. Since im into lots of sports event since my elementary days until i finish my schooling and not minding my food intakes. And the things i shouldnt do after a tiresome day.

When i gave birth to my children, i had abuse my body by just eating anything i want not bothering on thinking and pondering the contents of each food i put in my mouth. Now i have to suffer the consequences of being a hardheaded kid. many thanks for share

You can change @hafez, we humans are lucky enough to have free will and are not hardwired into eating only certain foods. If you have bad habits you can exchange them for good habits. It takes a little bit of awareness of who you are and what motivates you and some discipline.

I weighed almost 200lb before I gave birth with all my babies because I ate everything in sight...I wish I know what I know now and I could of avoided the weight gain and having to lose the weight. I started running after my first child and thought I could exercise my weight off. I was wrong, I didn't know the quality of food and portion sizes were the main reason why I gained so much weight.
