Wow, I did relate to your jog/stroll aspect of your walk -- because I've had to do the SAME thing.
Just glad we can do it - I 've not begun weight lifting yet, but intend to soon. When winter comes, will be in the gym.
It is GOOD you Listen to yr body; having been plagued myself w/ Migraines ..well , I know what u feel.
