If this was Facebook, I would add the “wow” emoji. That is an interesting habit. I have heard that cold water is good for you, but I’m a warm water gal, myself. We spend so much time being cold here in Minnesota that to purposely jump into cold water has little appeal! Of course, we do have the annual “polar plunge” in January, where they cut a hole in the ice and people jump into it. It’s a huge fundraiser. 😁
That polar plunge sounds amazing (definitely not something I'd say 3 weeks ago though, before starting my cold jump habit :P)!!
Yea I got the idea to do it because of the Wim Hof Method. I was in serious need of doing something crazy and good for me for my mental health, and hence the cold river jumps! I've been doing them every day for 3 weeks, and they've been helping me so so much, in so many ways. But today, a break was needed :)
