I'm not a smoker but have noticed two areas of concern with friends who do.

  1. When they say they've quit smoking often times it means they stopped buying their own cigarettes and are now bumming off everyone else.
  2. My friends that really do quit tend to put on 10-20 lbs within a couple months.

NO!!! Never! You must join them!!

I quit smoking 6 months ago after 17 years smoking. Nothing that anybody tells you will make you quit smoking. That´s my opinion
