I have worked in a gym in Kenya for the last two years, i never really encouraged my clients to use any of these artificial suppliements coz i believe that they are not 100% okay. but gal, you are looking great. and you are not alone in the hate for chocolate, i don't like anything chocolaty except for chocolate flavoured milk.
