Sounds good. This has been my go-to smoothie recipe for a while:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups frozen greens
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp goji berries

This one is awesome. You have the Berry family which is also highly nutritive. But why do u have frozen ones and not fresh

Because where I live, sometimes frozen is actually better than fresh, if that makes sense. I live in the midwestern United States, where most berries and fruit are not grown because of the climate. They are shipped in, and by the time you get them in a supermarket, they are already old and losing some of their nutrients. While fresh is definitely better, sometimes frozen can be the next best thing if a particular fruit is out of season. I also end up buying fruits and vegetables in bulk when possible to save money, and then I'll freeze the extras.
