Yeah! Phytic acid, that is what it was called :) Nice! I tend to always soak at least pumpkin seeds and then make different 'spreads' out of them. In Denmark we eat a lot of 'rugbrød' (dark sourdough ryebread) and 'smørrebrød' (openfaced sandwiches). And since danes love fish, eggs, meat, mayo, cream etc on those sandwiches, so as a plant eater, I have to get creative :)
