5 reps - pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) 5 min X 2
Mental
100 reps = 1+ hours X 2 Transcendental Meditation and advanced TM-Sidhi (morning and evening)

Doing pretty much the same routine everyday. Lower back still sore so asanas or lifting is out. Rolling, stretching, heating pads. Walking is pretty much OK.
