Good info! Sugar is responsible for so many problems...it adds to inflammation in the body which is something we want to be reducing...not adding to! That inflammation can increase abdominal fat, or the visceral fat that is deep inside. This is what leads to things like heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol.

Exercise and diet are the most important things to be consistent with. Everyone wants a magic pill or formula and unfortunately there are none. Best thing to do is ignore all the fads and keep doing what you know is right...it will pay off!
