Hi Notorious562, thanks for your comment. Try hanging leg raises 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps, Side bends 3 sets of 15 to 20, Cable wood chops 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps and Standing Barbell Russian Twist 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps. let me know how you go.
