Thanks. I really needed this. Very Informative. I eat yogurt daily, but definitely would like to step it up with some of the other foods you mentioned.

How you do usually eat your Chia Seeds? In a cereal or oatmeal perhaps.

I eat chia seeds at breakfast. There are plenty of recipes. I prefer to add a spoon of chia seeds to greek yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. It's a delicious and healthy breakfast. You have to try them!
