Very interesting post! I usually try to drink water just before the thirst sensation appears. A football coach told me that when the thirst sensation appears, it is too late to start drinking water because you're already dehydrated. So I took that advice and incorporated within my lifestyle!

That's true .. water is the most important solvent for the body . That keeps you active throughout the day .
