High protein smoothie

Well start your day off with a very good high protein smoothie that will carry you through the day first you will need 1,cup of kale,then add 1/2 a cucumber not peeled,then add 1/2 a pear,and then add 1,tablespoon of lemon juice,and then 1scoop of whey protein vanilla is best to use,and the 6 raw cashews,and then 1,cup of water now just blend all and add more water if needed to get the right mix.Your looking at about 350 calories and about almost 35 grams of protein.

Dear friend, is it possible to prepare a mass gainer without whey protein? I've been struggling to find some of it.

Yes you can try this 1 cup of greek yogurt,and 1 cup of chocolate milk,and then add 1 banana,and 2,tablespoons of peanut butter ans just add more milk if needed to get the right mix,now you are looking at 500-600 cals and 35 grams of protein.try it
