This post is spot on… I work with people, talking to me all day. I enjoy what I do and genuinely enjoy most all of my interactions at work, however, when I get home- I sit silently. My husband knows to give a few moments to recharge my batteries before he starts talking to me. I also run, which I believe is movement meditation. Although, I listen to music while running, I always feel refreshed and invigorated when I’m done. Thanks for sharing ✌️
