Make it a point to abstain from food. The only ill effects you will feel are the same as an addict going through withdrawal. Ask an addict who has fasted regularly!
Did you Know?
“The ancient Egyptians fasted and purged on a monthly basis in order to cleanse their bodies, believing that all illness emanated from the food they put in their system. When the Ancient Greek philosopher, Herodotus, wrote of the Egyptians, he described them as the healthiest of men.”
Thank you! :)
It is my wish to serve you with these words!
Some info about me: I've been involved with Bitcoin since 2010. By trade I am an expert on blockchain technology. I am the Project Director for Wall of Coins, and CEO for Genitrust, Inc. I eat primarily fruits and leafy greens ("fruitarian"). This is known as a frugivorous diet, which is the diet by design of the human species and most primates. I don't cook my fruits, so you may also call this "raw vegan". I have eaten virtually every food item and major cultural style on this planet. I have experienced long periods of many different diet regimens: acid/alkaline, ketogenic, vegan, etc. In my spare time as a child, and an adult, I truly relished reading articles, books, and research papers on nutritional observation. I also enjoy and frequently practice long periods of juice fasting, water fasting, and dry fasting.
Thank you for reading, upvoting, tipping, and re-steeming!

You can learn a lot from history about healing techniques. I like to study the history behind fruits and so I grow all the ones I like the stories of in my food forest (natives propagating the paw paw, royalty eating medlars, and of course figs and grapes in the bible.) So much significance to so many fruits that we will never find in a supermarket.
Very true...that’s inspiring! And I cannot come to believe that it was a “fruit from the tree of knowledge” that put Adam and Eve into a bad position.
The "fruit" in “fruit from the tree of knowledge” is most likely a metaphor but unpacking the language from back then is a trip. When they speak of "a loaf of bread" in the new testament, they are speaking about a 100% raw bread made of one ingredient, dried figs. :--) seriously
Have you ever read the Essence Gospel of Peace? There are instructions in there on how to make bread, and I figured that’s what it was. Totally raw vegan :)
Excellent info, offers more truth than we realize.
Shame how humanity lost much of the written archives of ancient Egypt.
Nonetheless some ancient info survives.
I'm just getting into this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1963667.Man_s_Higher_Consciousness

NICE!! Thank you for the link! From the reviews, this sounds great. I’m sure I’ll enjoy... thank you again!!
I had no idea! I can tell that my body has been craving a fast. My friend is guiding me to help transition to fully raw. I've been on this journey for two weeks today. After a full month, I will begin a juice cleanse. I've been surprised to find that I can survive off of two large smoothies(one with fruit in the morning and one with greens and protein for lunch/ dinner) with watermelon in between.
I also believe that some of our health issues are connected to past traumas. The same friend that is helping me transition is also an energy healer and has been helping me go through my traumatic life events and use tapping to release these stuck energies in my body. It is quite the journey!!
Thank you for sharing! I highly encourage you do a juice feast. It is life-changing. For myself it has been life-changing every time I performed one!
I appreciate the advice! How often do you do a juice feast?
Totaly agree :)
