As important it is to consume enough water, it's as important to never consume to much water. Drinking to much water will do more harm than good to the body.
Learn to listen to your own body. Slow down and feel a little. Do you feel thirsty now or are you just drinking for the drinking?
You also say "Well, to be sweating and urination, you would have to consume lots of water."
You should be careful of saying LOTS of water. Take a look at the below graph and decide what LOTS is.
