While everyone at work are meeting at the BAR for Happy Hour.

It's time for me to get to my Favorite BAR!

Today I am training Back and this is what I will be doing today.

  1. Deadlifts;
    5 sets of 5 reps with Heavy weight.
  2. Barbell Bent Over Row;
    5 sets of 5 reps with Heavy weight.
  3. Chin Ups;
    3 sets of 6 to 8 reps.
  4. T-Bar Row;
    3 sets of 6 to 8 reps.
