So true... At work alone I already spend around 8 hours behind a computer... During a pause it during lunch I do check steemit on my phone (with the steemit app), I check coinmarketcap.com regular etc. When I come home I watch the news on my laptop while cooking... Me and my girl go to the gym or take a walk. After that it's again sitting on the sofa, watching Netflix... I'm glad we do some sport, however it isn't very competitive! Does playing online videogames count a sport? ;-)
