Healthy Breakfast - Encore

Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening World:

Before I head to work today, I decided to make myself a healthy breakfast and it was Oatmeal with Blueberries.

It was nothing fancy or special, but it's loaded with tons of nutrients for sure. Also, it will help me to get through the morning.

Yesterday, I went to a physio session and was advised to drink more water during pregnancy. So, being a good patient, I had 2 glasses of water with breakfast.

I am sure many of us don't drink enough water on a daily basis, but water consumption is such an easy way to keep you healthy.

How about we all try to challenge ourselves today by consuming at least 8 glasses of pure water? Thoughts?

I agree, water consumption is important for more than basic hydration. It is key to a good digestion without bloating and for kidney health no name a few of the benefits.
And oats and blueberries is such a good start to the day, filled with nutrients, a proper antioxidant boost:)

Good day, I am very interested in that fruit but I have to replace it with another one in Venezuela. There is no cranberry at least in the city I live, I am one of those who does not drink much water but you have given me a good recommendation to drink two glasses during breakfast, thank you!
