Daily Challenge Completed - 160 reps:
-40 Bar Curls (75 pounds)
-20 Shoulder Bar Presses (75 pounds)
-100 reps (45+ Minute Walk)
...Easy day with plans for tennis tomorrow so I'm not too sore.
