One recipe that really keeps me going includes two of the foods you mentioned -- eggs and bananas. I blend 1/2 banana, 2 avocados, 4 raw eggs, a tablespoon of raw honey -- or more if I want it sweeter -- and a half tray of ice cubes made from purified water, until it's creamy. Tastes like a banana milk shake, is filling, and keeps me energized until late afternoon. I also find it good for when I feel "toxic" ...acidic, or like my nerves are raw ...it's very soothing to my whole body. Thanks for the great post!!

Let me know how you like it. I love them! I've thought of adding raw carob powder to make it chocolately ...that would probably make it even better.
