"Arepa" with 15g of cheese and 15g of ham, coffe, half a banana, chocolate
1st snack: mandarine and a 30g piece of cake
Lunch: Rice with meat and chard
2nd snack: pineapple and porridge
Dinner (before 8pm): Lettuce with mayonnaise, ketchup and Arepas andinas 1 and a half of them
