Hello Friends , Most of you guys are obsessed about becoming Fit and lose Fat . You have Even Tried Exercises and Dieting but nothing worked for you. Here i am giving you 5 Simple daily hacks that you can do in your lifestyle to lose Fat and be Fit.

  2. Lower down your Salt Intake it - Extra Salt intake will lead to water retention in your muscles and will make you Bloated.

  3. Sleep - Yeah this is the most underrated Factor Guys . Our Body Needs proper rest to perform its metabolic process so make sure you get 7-8 hours sleep daily.

  4. Water - The Cheapest and Best Fat Loss Supplement you need. Make sure you have enough water per day.

  5. Exercise - Last but not the least start your day with walking , jogging and Yoga,

Wouldn't skipping fruits remove much needed fiber from your diet?

Never Include Fruits in a Fat Loss Diet . The Sugar present in Fruits will not help you lose Weight. For Your Daily Fibre Intake you can eat Whole Grain Bread , Green Vegetables , Oats .
