No dieting. Diets don’t work. If an opportunity comes up to grab some ice cream with family or friends, then have ice cream. If your coworkers invite you to lunch at an Italian restaurant, then go have pasta. Remember, you’re not on a diet. Make healthy choices when you can, but more importantly incorporate 16 or more hours every day or two where you don’t eat at all. Just water, coffee, or tea. If you’re struggling, have water with some apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, or some bulletproof coffee. No snacking during the fast . . .
