There is no state, only an armed organized crime gang that forces us to pay and obey.
If there was a state it would have a duty to protect it's citizens, and the supreme court has ruled that that is not the case.

Indeed. I have yet to find a short description of the "legal fiction" in order to articulate it in a way that most would comprehend. The "state" does not protect the "citizens" but the Governor has a fiduciary requirement to protect the men/women. I am not a citizen.
