Totally get the hermit thing. Why else would I love a beach with no one on it but me? Also love to sit snuggled in up here on the hill looking down at the world. Seeing no one if I dont want too. Lovely feeling having all this power of being retired. I can choose the days I want to join in with life and then I can choose the days when it's all about me and my sanctuary.
