Como están? Espero que se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad les comparto el proceso de una rica receta, perfecta para un almuerzo. Esta receta es hígado guisado, perfecto para ser acompañado con arroz o pasta, o hasta con unas arepas si gustan. Espero les guste el proceso y lo preparen en casa!

How are you? I hope you are feeling great. In this opportunity I share with you the process of a delicious recipe, perfect for a lunch. This recipe is stewed liver, perfect to be accompanied with rice or pasta, or even with some arepas if you like. I hope you like the process and prepare it at home!

Paso 1#: seleccionamos y lavamos los aliños, luego procedemos a picarlos.

Step 1 #: select and wash the dressings, then proceed to chop them.
Paso 2#: picamos el hígado de res en trozos pequeños, luego lo colocamos el sartén para sofreír a fuego lento.
Step 2 #: we chop the beef liver into small pieces, then place it in the pan to sauté over low heat.
Paso 3#: movemos con un cubierto hasta estar bien cocido.
Step 3 #: we move with a cutlery until well cooked.
Paso 4#: se le agregan los aliños para sofreír a fuego lento.
Step 4 #: seasonings are added to fry over low heat.
Paso 5#: luego se le agrega un poquito de agua para que tenga consistencia y se dejan por 3 minutos y estará lista para acompañar nuestra pasta con unas arepitas y su ensalada.
Step 5 #: then add a little water to make it consistent and leave for 3 minutes and it will be ready to accompany our pasta with some arepitas and its salad.
Ya culminado el guiso de hígado, quedo de tal manera nuestro plato. 😋
