I must say that I haven't heard this song before, but it looks very fun yet hard to play.
That picking looks tricky and hard to keep up at that pace.

The song is actually called Street Spirit (Fade Out). The picking pattern is pretty constant. I find I can go on automatic to some extent once I learned it.
I just can't be concentrating on my expression and play, but I heard someone say that he practices in front of a mirror to encourage him to look ahead rather than down so he can engage with audiences. Actually performing is a skill in itself.
