That's a wasp. You can tell by the straight antennae (ants have them elbowed). The insect it captured is paralyzed and will serve as live food for its young.

For me, I don't think it is a wasp, the insect is about 3mm length, wasp are greater, no ? Or maybe it is part of a sub family of wasp
There are many, many types of wasps. Some are diminutive others are large (hornets). Some, especially the tiny kind, are parasitic.
