I liked running more compared to Sports. I was did cross-country when I was in high school and it was nice. I am out of shape compared to then so I doubt I could do it now adays.

I wanted to train for a marathon before the corona crap hit. Now I'm trying to get back in shape :)

I started Actifit to maintain some physical shape during the lock downs. I find that I just don't go out and walk if I don't have an app to see how well I am doing.

Good luck getting back in shape. The lock-downs have killed our healthy life-style of walking to and from places.

well I just went for a run in the woods so I'm starting to get back on track although it's hard when you've been a fat slob for so long :))
