Hey @tarazkp , get well soon on your knees! Actually speaking of this, I recently also injured my knee and it was so disappointing. By chance, will you be looking out for exercises that are friendly to your knees? I am so crestfallen as I cannot even run or jump without feeling pain anymore... Used to be a national athlete and I have never once felt so weak in my life

Well I have no idea honestly! I was so busy with work that I did not have time to see a physio, partially also the consultation fee for a physio is insane in my country.

But based on google (I know I know not the most credible of places to look at), it seems as though I would have over exerted and would require 6 weeks of rest. But nevertheless, it is very tough to not move around for 6hrs, much less 6 weeks... =(
