G'day tribe. Yesterday was the second part of the highest paid NFL coaches. Part one featuredBuffalo's Sean McDermott, Kansas City's Andy Reid and Pittsburgh's Mike Tomlin.
Part two saw salaries go up another notch with Kyle Shanahan coming in at fourth place with a salary of $9.5 million. Just how much does the highest paid coach get? Let's take a look!
3. Pete Carroll - Seattle Seahawks ($11 million)
The 2022 NFL season will be Pete Carroll's 17th season as an NFL head coach. He started his career coaching the Jets for a season and three seasons in New England. Carroll's work with the Seahawks is what has propelled him to become one of the best NFL head coaches.
Since taking over the Seahawks in 2010, Carroll has led the team to nine postseason appearances and two Super Bowl appearances. Caroll led Seattle to a victory over the Denver Broncos to claim Super Bowl XLVIII and is the oldest coach in the NFL heading into the 2022 NFL season.
2. Bill Belichick - New England Patriots ($12.5 million)
Belichick is the GOAT among NFL coaches with six Super Bowl titles. He has won AP Coach of the Year three times and is first all-time in wins by a coach. He'll be remembered most for the Tom Brady–Bill Belichick era which was the Patriots dynasty lasting from 2001 to 2019.
He'll begin his 22nd year as a head coach in the NFL for the 2022 season following coaching roles in Baltimore, Detroit, New York and Cleveland.
In addition to being a phenomenal coach, Belichick has been given the freedom to make decisions on signings, draft picks, trades, and free agency. It makes it seem that the $12.5 million the Patriots are dishing for Belichick is a bargain.

1. Sean McVay - Los Angeles Rams ($15–$18 million)
In five seasons as coach of the Rams, McVay has never had a losing record. Heading into the 2022 season he's had four seasons with at least ten wins, two NFC Championships and a Super Bowl title. McVay once thought about retirement, or at least threatened to do so, and it paid off.
Super Bowl LVI victory earned McVay a new contract, which vaulted him to the top of the list as the highest paid NFL coach earning up to $18 million a year. He became the youngest head coach in modern NFL history when the Rams hired him in 2017 at the age of 30.

Absolutely stunning what he's been able to achieve. I think AJ Brown was a big loss though
We shall see! A.J. wasn't always the healthiest, especially last season
