    Hola querida @almajandra gracias por tu visita y por sumarte a la promoción de la salud en la lucha contra el Cáncer de Mama. Debemos mimar nuestra salud, cuidando nuestro cuerpo y practicando estilos de vida saludables, esto debe ser una constante en nuestro camino existencial y no esperar a tomar medidas cuando nuestra salud flaquea o decae. El cáncer de mama, es conciencia en la prevención, cuidando nuestra alimentación, manteniendo nuestra actividad física y practicando el autoexamen mamario. Estar siempre alerta y ante la presencia de secreciones, bultos y/o retracción del pezón buscar ayuda inmediata acudiendo a un centro de salud especializado. Como estudiante de medicina y futura colega ya estás familiarizada con esto, practícalo y compártelo.
