Welcome stress

friends of hive,
At this time, which is not easy for us humans, between covids and wars, stress is on the rise. It happens to me that I feel detached from my centre, disassociated from myself, and this makes me live in constant tension, where every small problem becomes a mountain to be climbed amidst a thousand difficulties.
All the emotional channels are closed and it's like not feeling anything anymore, you are deprived of your senses. You blame everyone for trivial things...in short, stress takes me away from my essence, I enter a world of fears that do not belong to me. And one day is as good as the next. But when everything becomes colourless and the bottom has been reached, one of my ways of finding myself is to 'dance' to shamanic tribal music, as if the obsessive rhythms of the drums took me back to my roots and freed me from the cage of stress. I come out of it, I dance for hours until I get tired, I feel my body come alive and my self-esteem returns, I feel strong enough to face everyday life, charged up and emptied of tension. My inner space becomes large and creative.

I believe that ways to relieve stress need daily constancy, it is a training to feel better and requires a gentle discipline, it is like cultivating a vegetable garden, you have to take care of yourself. Nature helps a lot, aimless walks take your mind off things. When the weather is good I leave the house with a small backpack and comfortable shoes and set off on an adventure that I don't know where it will take me, I grab my walking stick and go. I often discover corners and views of extreme beauty and this takes my mind off the tension, I like to stop under the trees, talk to them, listen to them and hug them, greet them, respect them and eat simple things, bread and cheese and a little dried fruit and that sip of water seems like the best liqueur, it becomes a king's meal.

I would add to all this "meditation", to gather within oneself and make clarity, to throw away the masks that we have had to wear throughout our lives to survive.building false personalities. Changing the way we live, being accepted for who we really are.
When I distance myself from myself, stress assails me and becomes almost panic, but these keys put order back into a set of chaotic energies that should be channelled.

Everything has to become a way of life, meditation increases presence and with it we are able to pull ourselves out of stress and more.
Playing, singing, loving, walking, sharing and taking care of our inner child... in short, we can do it!

Beautiful article bro. Besides all the ways you mentioned to deal with stress, I believe to those one can add praying, reading the bible, listening to instrumentals tuned to frequencies which ease and calm your mind and body.
Have a blessed day and God bless you always 🙏🏿 ❤.

Caro fratello, assolutamente si la preghiera, aggiungo il cantico delle creature di San Francesco. Il punto è proprio questo. Sintonizzarsi su frequenze alte.....ti auguro ogni bene.

Very nice photos and reflections.

With that title we expected other content. It was a pleasant surprise.

Best regards @digy

Grazie, molto gentile. Saluti con affetto.
