The key thing to me is about living wages and why I stopped posting on Hive for a while. If Hive is major income stream, then it would make sense for the bare minimum HP and withdraw everything else. Someone who can post on Hive,be able to keep up living, and able to easily convert should not cash out. Those who need a living or have a hard time converting Hive should be able to stake what is needed and cashing out the rest.

I do not see why someone could cash out 95% and not 99%. Just enough to keep building stake. But its their funds and they can do what they wish with them at the end of the day.
