Sorry to be late,
Well 8 hours in Front of the PC for work, and three hours in hive, and splinterlands, well around 12 hours per day, guau there is enough of my invaluable time.
Sorry to you, for your healthy, your goals and topics are completely different to my, but my topics for bloging here give me the opportunity to combinated the outside spaces and areas, with a little physics exercises, for this reason my health is one of the best.
During weekend I am always are waking in the forest and spend less around 1 or two hours, in screen, because I visit places and I am trying to found the next animal, plant, and new species, which did not exist for the science until our days, or investigate the new mushroom that can give the cure for some sickness people.
Well you should trying to go outside and walk a little more, it give you a better perspective.
