RE: How much of your time do you spend online daily?

in Hive Polls4 months ago

Saving the distances of our realities, many times the same thing happens to me. I love doing physical activity and creating content. But I've realized something for a while now, and that is that the famous phrase “if you love what you do, it's not work”. I think it's a big lie, since, no matter how much you love what you do, you still get tired, except that you enjoy it at the same time. But it's still stressful and even more so when it's time consuming.

Personally, the burpees challenge that I do every day complements my physical and even more so, my mental health. I recommend starting with something close by, like an easy exercise routine at home that doesn't even require a change of clothes to get started. Example: Jumping rope or simply doing planks. As time goes on, you'll want to do more. The most important thing is consistency. That's key “every day is every day”. Another important point is nutrition, but I'll tell you about that another time, since I get tired of writing.

Greetings.
