Do you do anything to try and offset the toll that may have on your body?

Just speaking from personal experience, it hasn't been great the last few years.

I try to get at least 3 work-out sessions a week.

  1. 2 weight-lifting sessions per week in my garage
  2. 1 calisthenics session in my garage (I use it as cardio / core / legs)

Nice, yea i need to get started with some cardio, get winded so easily these days.
