After seeing the legendary oflyhigh talk about having his 8th Hive birthday, I realised I have too received the same badge from hivebuzz.
看到傳奇人物O哥寫到Hive八年來的風風雨雨之後，我突然想起來我也來了八年。
I will always remember when I started on Hive. It was in 2016 not long after I came back from going on the world's most wawtched dating show at the time, "If You Are The One", and I wrote about it in my introduction post.
我永遠都不會忘記我什麼時候來到Hive。當時我剛上非誠勿擾沒多久，所以在Hive上的自我介紹就聊到剛上過這個節目。
On the show I talked about various aspects of my life. I thought I will provide an update on where I am up to after 8 years.
在非城勿擾上我聊到了八年以前的生活。現在讓大家知道八年後我有什麼進展。
At the time I just started practising Praying Mantis Kung Fu and I performed this on stage. The routine I performed was called "Tong Long 1" - it was literally the first thing you learn when you turn up to a lesson. I could not perform anything else because I was asked to do it on the spot without any preparation.
我在台上時有位女嘉賓要我表演功夫。當初我剛開始學螳螂拳，所以就表演了最初級的套路，十分普通，被老師們批評沒啥觀賞性。
After that I continued learning Praying Mantis for about 4 years until the end of 2019. Essentially stopped when covid hit. I still practice a bit occasionally and have a lot of video materials I can use to remember the routine again when I have time.
之後大概繼續學了四年螳螂拳，一直到covid時才停。現在偶爾練一下，希望能把所有忘掉的招式學回來。
On the show I had to talk about my past relationships. I talked about a 3 year gap between each of my relationships. So after I got off the show, I had another brief relationship when I was about 35/36. And I haven't dated anyone since then, which means it has now been 5 years when I've been single.
在非誠上聊到我過去的感情經歷時，說到我大概每段感情中間間隔是三年。但現在已經跟上一段感情間隔五年了，也沒找到女朋友，不知道怎麼辦。
At the time I went on the show, my Youtube channel had 2 million views. Now it has 44 million views and counting. I still don't have a lot of subscribers or regular viewers, but many people have heard of me.
上非誠時我的Youtube頻道只有兩百萬點擊率，現在已升到四千四百萬。我雖然沒有很多訂閱客戶，但有挺多人都知道我是誰。
After I got off the show I went on a road trip around China and I still remember a lot of the places I visited even after 8 years later. In the above picture I was doing Tai Chi in front of Old Summer Palace in Beijing. I am hoping to visit China again one day now that I have so many Chinese friends on HIVE that I made through the HIVE CN community.
非誠之後，我在中國四處逛了一個月，去了許多地方，八年後記憶也挺深刻的。以上照片是我在圓明園打太極。現在透過Hive認識了這麼多朋友，下次去中國應該可以去拜訪很多Hive上的朋友。
I will finish with a picture of what I look like now. This was a picture of me yesterday at the gym. I am now 8 years older than the previous pictures. I look a lot older now probably.
最後一張圖就是我現在的模樣。昨天我去健身房但沒帶運動服，就直接穿上班衣服運動啦。八年有變老很多嗎?

哈哈，以前是帅气的哥哥，现在是稳重成熟的酥酥了🤣其实都挺好的，年龄只是个数字，而每个年龄段都有属于他独有的魅力；

Just enjoy your life and meet new people. Stay in touch with the ones you enjoy. You can never guess when someone will show up in your life. I only found a good partner after I gave up and started focusing on enjoying life alone.
