Ghost Day of Hivefest or The coldest Ship tour of my life? 🚢⚓🚩

The story of the worst ship tour of my life. As you may have heard Hivefest had a boat tour scheduled for the fourth day. But the day before the date it was announced that due to weather conditions the tour would not be able to take place on the scheduled date, so we won a bonus day for a wonderful pool tournament, which I was very happy about. However, the boat tour was postponed to the fifth day with the hope of a better future and weather, but everything turned out so that in the end it turned out to be six days of Hivefest and here some lucky ones among us found all these delights. But were we really that lucky?

So, the departure was at nine in the morning, we successfully found a place to park on the tenth try, it's good that we took the time gap, and we cheerfully headed towards the sea. The whole team was already assembled and we saw our legendary ship "Korsar" which was moored to the pier of the main marina on the square of the same Diocletian's palace.

So the whole swarm of bees took turns boarding the narrow gangway, and everything seemed to portend no trouble, until I felt all the goosebumps on my skin from a fleeting gust of wind, which, most likely, was just strolling through these parts on its morning excursion. I realized that I had fallen into a kind of sea trap for seven hours and it was no joke.

Thing is, when I set off for #Hivefest, I envisioned a warm seaside tour and warm things I took, just for fun. And just so you understand, that day I put them all on me, and I still felt like I was lying naked in the snow. And so, sitting down at the ship's table, I crawled into a corner and did not want to see anyone or anything. I don't understand at all how some of these people are still happily chatting with each other as if we were in the Sahara. In any case, I had to find a way out, I wandered all over the ship that had three floors.

I was told that it was warmer on the second floor, but as a result, it was not warmer there, and all the lounge chairs were occupied. So it wasn't a solution for me and I went to complain to @lordbutterfly. Since he was the organizer of this beautiful festival, I kept trying to ask him why, of all the warmest days in Croatia, they waited for the onset of frost to make this magnificent tour.

And instead, he told me that there are several barrels with drinks such as lemonade, wine, and water. The most important thing is that there was no hot water or tea on board, as if they were really planning a weekend in Hawaii. I continued to wander around the ship very grumbling and nervous, and I came across a hidden compartment, a kind of hole down the ladder.

And there I saw a real horror, the skeletons of people who also tried to find shelter in the fight against the cold and ended up in life imprisonment. But, thank God, I was not alone there! Our strong and powerful Hivian @jza was already standing there, and since I was familiar with him, I felt safe and was not afraid. I warmed up a little and apparently went to call the entire frozen brigade, because already after a short amount of time half the population of the ship was in the hidden cabin.

It was very cozy and friendly sitting like this in the company of @honeydue and @llunasoul, and our @darine.darine, who, like @gtg, always hides under her hood. And no one would have pulled me out of the hold at any price, if I had not been afraid to remain alone among the skeletons, which, by the way, were hanging above the transparent windows that led through which you could see the transparent bottom of the sea, and I had to climb out.

And it turned out that the ship was moored near some inconspicuous island of attractions, which had only bushes, half a beach and a pile of stones. Well, apparently, this is considered the highest value in the field of tourism here, and who am I to object? I had to go out with everyone for reconnaissance.

I've already had the experience of exploring this type of island before when I traveled around the island of Chios, about which I once wrote. Honestly, it's a bit scary that I'm talking about my experience of visit different parts of the world as if I'm already an old grandpa.

So this type was just as boring, empty, unprotected blowing place. And guess what this whole bee swarm decided to do? That's right - take a bath? Bathe! I put on my entire existing wardrobe, and they went swimming, no, I don't know where we got such a fiery wild company, but in any case it's interesting to sit and watch from the side.

Someone was completely immersed, including my girls @darine.darine and @olga.maslievich, and someone a little, someone half, and I completely indifferently walked around the sea from all sides, chasing after all this.

If Olga likes cold water in principle, then Darine doesn't really like it, although he swims for company, but this time he went swimming because of my stupid phrase about the sock. You haven't misheard - a sock. I once heard this phrase when people make bets:"if you do it, I'll eat my sock!"
Well, who could have thought that she would go into the water? Even at the cost of a billion people eating their socks, I would not go into the water. And after that I determined that I have strong suspicions to think that I am adopted.

In the end, I found a place next to my familiar Englishman and part-time actor, who seems to have been from my basket, because he also comfortably settled on a chaise longue and sat. Look we almost look like twins, what do you think @basilmarples?

I have to admit @bil.prag caught a simply stunning shot, thanks my friend 🤜🏻🤛🏻 And I also reluctantly met another guy @masterswatch who knew Russian, and it was great to relax for a little while with English and switch to a different language, because anyway, I know Russia.

We talked for a little while and unexpectedly we were called for a dinner, I wasn't happy about it because how can you eat when you're cold? And the most important thing I forgot, I was taking anti-motion sickness pills, otherwise I would have spent the whole trip in the toilet, because I'm always very nauseous. But this time I was saved and when dinner was served to me, I even ate it with joy, I took fish, and it was really tasty, the only thing is that bones always spoil everything, but you can't do anything about it.

In any case, I was happy that I didn't get sick. And for some reason, we went for a walk again on that harsh cold land, in search of something interesting with the reporter @kesilgonzalez, he was just looking for content for his report, and we helped him.

The area had a lot of stones and overlays of stones and we came up with a story that it was two kings who shared the territory, it was funny. Just an endless monotonous road stretched for tens of meters.

We could have gone forever if it wasn't for the ship that called everyone back, along the way back we met a pomegranate tree and you can imagine @kesilgonzalez said he never saw a pomegranate. I was shocked because I couldn't believe that there was someone who had never heard of this fruit. But it turns out that there was such a thing in the world.

So, after exploring the new fruit, we went on board of our ship, and it got a little bit sunnier and we went up to the top floor to take our seats on the chairs, but before that, we spent ages trying to fold up these weird folding chairs. And eventually we sat down and had a fun discussion and laughed.

And later some of our wildest friends one of them is @thebombkids and @growandbow & his wife seem like real pirates, they climbed the mainmast or the rail of the ship, I tried to learn the correct names of the ship but I don't understand and I was very scared that they will break and fall. But thank God everyone safely reached the destination and were happy to have survived.....
