The things that makes us sad. Oh boy, wait I'm a man and there is actually a lot that makes me sad. Not having money or enough can really stop in our tracks. Its necessary to live and is needed often to do things. The sad past defintely creeps up on us unexpected at times especially on special days or events. I totally get missing family I live a bit from most of mine. The important thing is to not let sadness bottle up or do nothing about it.
