Would be great to take photographs on time lapse watching their faces follow the sun, not enough time to sit and patiently capture that normally, unless you living on the farm.

Well if I can scrape a million bucks together then I can get one of those National Geographic cameras.
Simply set the thing for a day span and fetch it when the day is done. It will follow the sunflower faces in HD Macro and show the full sun seeking turns.
Half day mind you, but it was enough.
Finance and cameras, yes you could do marvels with expensive equipment, also make yourself a target if anyone wants to take it, small, well hidden still safer!
Oh yes, there are always safety to consider and no use getting killed for a fancy camera.
I had a recent issue with my camera, but thankfully things turned out good.
