No I use Hive Engine to change HBD and other tokens to LTC which I then send from Hive Engine to my Luno Account.
I find that sending BTC costs too much.

but how do you unwrap swap.ltc? how do you send it from HE to an exchange?
Yeah. On Hive Engine I Withdraw -> LTC to address -> to an exhange linked to my local bank account. Done.
