Small Bird Mix (6pics)

Hello, my friends.

Hello Feathered Friends Lovers.

So December ends, which means the year ends again.
December 30. The day pleased us with sunny weather. And I noticed the bird games outside the window at the feeder. I was away from home last weekend. I flew to the south of our country, to the Republic of Dagestan. When I arrived home, I did not see the feeder on the tree my daughter gave me 7 years ago. Snow moved down from the roof of the house, and broke some branches on the tree, and thus one feeder drowned in the snow. Now she will stay there until spring.
I want to show you, friends, a small bird mix.
Since January 1 of this year, 4 jays have been arriving at the feeder daily. Of course, they were not there in the summer, they arrive only on winter days.
These are already regular customers.

Bullfinch. These guys and their girlfriends also fly to the feeder every day. Today, one red-breasted guy climbed into the inside of the feeder and did not let the tits to feed. But the tits attacked him from three sides and thus deceived him.
My Mom loves to look at these birds. She told me today that yesterday bullfinches also arrived early in the morning.

Common Redpoll. But this guy surprised me today. He usually comes to visit in the fall or early spring. I have always believed that these birds fly to warmer climes for the winter. Maybe something has changed in the climate and the habitat of Common Redpoll has shifted north.
I hope I spelled the name of this little bird correctly. She was the smallest in size at the feeder.

Common Yellow-breasted Tit. It is also called the Big Tit. This is the largest group of birds at my feeder. And they begin to check the feed from mid-October to early May. In the summer they also fly to my garden and eat various bugs.

Coal Tit. To us it is called Moskovka. As the capital of our country - Moscow. I do not even know why this small, very mobile bird has such a name. It is very difficult to photograph her. She turns her head very quickly and sharply in all directions. Or else she often lowers her head to her paws. She's the one eating the seeds. She almost does not sit in one place and constantly moves.
I set a short shutter speed to get a sharp good image.

Small birds always difficult to photograph, each as cute as the next. Watching the birds come down to eat another wonderful way to spend some time each day, it's relaxing and entertaining, I agree with your Mom!
