Finally warmed up nicely. During the day it is already above +10 degrees. There is practically no snow anymore. The water rose on the river and the ice had already completely melted. Only small ice floes remained near the coast.
Today I was walking along the coast and saw a wagtail. This is the first bird that arrived after the winter. She ran quickly on a small piece of ice next to the shore. Apparently she was looking for food. Perhaps she was just interested in jumping on the ice surface.
People passing by looked at this wagtail with interest. They were interested to see her after the winter. Some wanted to feed her and tried to throw pieces of bread at her.
Of course it was very interesting to watch this bird. The day was nice and sunny. The bird was apparently very happy about this pleasant weather.
I hope that it will warm up soon and then other birds will arrive. There will be no more snow. The soil will dry out and it will be possible to freely walk into the forest. Now, unfortunately, there is a lot of moisture in the forest and snowdrifts are still preserved in places.
Warmth always favorably affects the number of birds in the forest. The warmer the more birds begin to appear in the forest. We hope to see new birds soon.
Wagtails always appear in this place. They always fly here and can often be seen there.
