This year we started seeing flycatchers a lot. They are usually found in certain places. There are usually small trees and small meadows. Usually the flycatcher sits on a branch and looks down to the sides in search of flying insects.
Then it abruptly breaks down and, making a semicircle, overtakes flying insects and deftly grabs them on the fly.
The good news is that the flycatcher can be easily photographed quite easily when it sits on a branch. All her attention is focused on the ground. She looks out for flying insects. Therefore, you can get closer to her.
Usually, seizing insects, she flies to the nest and feeds her chicks, and then comes back.
But sometimes she sits on a branch and eats her prey herself. Apparently it is too early for the chicks to eat these insects.
I am personally very interested in watching these birds. Sometimes it is possible to photograph other birds that sit on branches nearby.

Спасибо. В этом году они поселились в одном месте. Я их там часто вижу.
